Income Tax
Alien who works legally in Thailand longer than 180 days must pay income tax which will be calculated by estimation by employer then will be deducted from salary monthly.
Social security
As per labour law, employers must apply social security for employees within 30 days after employment. Alien employees must apply within 30 days after receiving of work permit. 5% of salary or 750 THB maximum will be deducted from salary and paid to government, employer pays the same amount to government for each employee.
